We have confirmed that customers who have booked with Super Hotel are receiving suspicious messages via apps like WhatsApp from overseas numbers (such as +351).
These messages may contain reservation details—such as your name and stay dates—making them appear to be legitimate communications.
Please note that Super Hotel never contacts guests via messaging apps like WhatsApp to confirm reservations or request payments.
If you receive a suspicious message, please exercise caution and observe the following:

• Do not reply to the message.
• Do not open any URLs or links contained in the message.
• Do not enter credit card details or personal information.

We have confirmed the circulation of suspicious messages claiming that a reservation has been cancelled.
Please note that we do not send notifications regarding unilateral cancellations via messaging apps or similar services.
Please exercise caution and refrain from replying to such messages or accessing any links contained within them.

Regarding this matter, it has been announced that unauthorized access to the reservation control system may have resulted in the viewing or acquisition of some guest information.
We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this has caused our customers.
Please be assured that the system does not handle or store credit card information.

Thank you for always using Super Hotel. In the official app version 3.5.6 (iOS/Android), you will see a "PIN" displayed on the screen. This feature is not currently available, but we plan to add a function soon that will send the PIN to the app when you check in using the app.
