(Updated September 14th)
Thank you for your continued patronage of Super Hotel Yokkaichi Ekimae (Yokkaichi, along National Route 1).
As we previously announced, our hotel was flooded due to the record-breaking heavy rains that occurred in Mie Prefecture on September 12th, causing extensive damage to electrical equipment and elevators.
We would like to inform you that partial recovery has been achieved through restoration work.
Until yesterday, telephone lines were down, but they have now been restored and calls are now working.
Although calls are now working, there may be occasions when it is difficult to get through due to the large number of calls we receive. However, we have not yet determined when Wi-Fi and in-room TV subscriptions (such as Netflix) will be restored. While elevators are showing signs of recovery, it is difficult to provide a timetable for when they will be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
