These messages may contain reservation details—such as your name and stay dates—making them appear to be legitimate communications.
Please note that Super Hotel never contacts guests via messaging apps like WhatsApp to confirm reservations or request payments.
If you receive a suspicious message, please exercise caution and observe the following:

• Do not reply to the message.
• Do not open any URLs or links contained in the message.
• Do not enter credit card details or personal information.

We have confirmed the circulation of suspicious messages claiming that a reservation has been cancelled.
Please note that we do not send notifications regarding unilateral cancellations via messaging apps or similar services.
Please exercise caution and refrain from replying to such messages or accessing any links contained within them.

Regarding this matter, it has been announced that unauthorized access to the reservation control system may have resulted in the viewing or acquisition of some guest information.

A fake account on Super Hotel's official Twitter account has been confirmed.

[Characteristics of Fake Accounts]

①The user name is not "@SUPERHOTEL3".

② The number of followers is small. (The real thing is over 117,900 people)

③ Twitter usage start date is not August 2018.

The fake account has a similar user name, text, and posted content, and uses our logo, but it has nothing to do with us.

If you click on the URL listed in the DM (direct message) sent from the fake account, there is a possibility that the recipient's information and personal information will be acquired by the sender and misused.

In the unlikely event that you receive a suspicious DM, please do not access the listed URL, delete the DM itself, and block the fake account to prevent damage.

When the fake account is confirmed, we will report it on Twitter, but there is a possibility that it will occur in the future.
