①At 17:49 on May 15th, an error occurred when trying to play the Lotto game, stating "Data acquisition failed."

②When using the camera to read the QR voucher for a point voucher, an error message appears stating "Data acquisition failed." In this case, you can redeem points by manually entering the 17-digit number under the QR voucher.
