Hotel Facilities and Operating Status Currently, restoration work on hotel facilities has been completed, and we are operating as usual. Guest rooms and hotel facilities are available without any problems. 2. Precautions Regarding Your Stay There is still a possibility of aftershocks, and the situation remains somewhat unstable. When visiting the hotel, please take sufficient care of your footing and ensure your safety. 3. Possibility of Future Changes to Operating Services Currently, we are providing normal services, but depending on future aftershocks and the condition of surrounding infrastructure, there is a possibility that some services and operating procedures may change. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance. 4. Telephone Inquiries and New Reservations We are currently receiving a large number of inquiries related to the earthquake, and our phone lines are extremely busy. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask that you please try calling again with ample time to spare. Regarding new reservations, although it is difficult to connect by phone, we are selling them online through our official website and other online platforms. Please check the availability on our official website, and we are only accepting reservations for dates that are displayed as available. Please note that for other dates, we may not be able to sell them depending on future staffing levels and occupancy rates. We have made the following changes to the parking fee system for our partner parking lot to make it more convenient for our guests. ■ Changes The application period for the overnight rate, which was previously "15:00 to 12:00 the following day", has been expanded to **"24 hours from entry"**. Rate: 1,000 yen per night (24 hours from entry) Operation: Entry and exit are permitted within the time period Payment method: Payment will be made at the parking lot exit ■ Changes to usage If you wish to use the parking lot, please inform the front desk upon check-in. We will issue a **"QR code for payment"**. *Payment will be made at the parking lot exit. We are currently updating the notation in each accommodation plan sequentially, but these new regulations will be applied from March 25, 2026.
