For guests arriving by motorcycle or bicycle, please use the bicycle parking areas around Kokura Station (attached).

Our hotel premises are reserved for emergency vehicles and are not available for guest use.

The Kokura Gion Daiko, a nationally designated Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property, will be held from July 17th to 19th throughout the Kokura Kita area.

During the preparation period, the shopping arcade directly in front of our hotel serves as a practice ground. As a result, the powerful sounds of Japanese drums (Taiko) and the spirited shouting of the performers will resonate throughout the building during the following times:

We would like to inform you that construction work for an apartment building will be carried out on the land adjacent to our hotel. During the construction period, there will be noise from the work. In particular, during the initial "pile driving process," there is a possibility of loud noises during the daytime. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. • Construction Period: May 20, 2026 (Wed) – Approximately 1.5 years (planned) • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM *Hours may vary depending on the progress of the work. We ask for your understanding if you plan to spend long hours in your room during the day or if you will be resting during the day after a night shift.

We kindly ask guests who previously used our smoking rooms to please be aware of this change.

Please note that the arcade area surrounding our hotel is designated as a "Priority Area for Preventing Nuisance Behavior" under Kitakyushu City ordinances.

Smoking on the street and littering of cigarette butts are prohibited, and violations will be subject to fines.
