Due to the large-scale gas leak currently occurring in Ube City, the gas supply to our hotel has been suspended.
As a result, we are unable to operate our boilers, making it impossible to provide hot water throughout the entire building.

Public Bath: Unavailable all day. Cold water is available for washing hands and face (no hot water).

Gas supply will resume once the gas company identifies the leakage point and completes the necessary repairs.
At this time, there is no estimated timeline for restoration.
We will update our website immediately as soon as new information becomes available.
