[Regarding cleaning during consecutive nights]

From April 1st, as part of our efforts to achieve SDG's, guest rooms will not be cleaned during consecutive nights.

Customers who wish to receive "regular cleaning", which includes cleaning the unit bath, changing sheets, and vacuuming, must attach a "cleaning request (green)" magnet card to the hallway side of the guest room door by 10 a.m. please.
For hygiene reasons, we will normally clean the rooms once every 4 days.

If you do not have a "cleaning request" magnet card on the hallway side of your guest room door, you will not be able to enter the guest room. New towels and original mineral water will be prepared in front of your door.
