Dōtonbori
Dōtonbori, also named as “MINAMI”, is a representative bustling street in Southern Osaka. Along the canal banks, there are many restaurants, strange signboards and gorgeous neon lights, making the tourists indulged captivated. Also, on the southern side of Dōtonbori Canal, is the Crosstown Hozenji which is just a step away from the Sennichimae stage property house and shop street. On both sides of the narrow lanes paved with stone slabs, there are traditional restaurants standing there and giving off a peaceful atmosphere.
Osaka Shochiku Block: is the first western style opera house in Japan. It was once used as the exclusive theatre and cinema for Shochiku drama and re-constructed in 1997. With kabuki as the center, there are different stage art performances every year.
Dōtonbori Paradise Shop Street: gathers charming food theme parks to Osaka. Apart from the representative food of Osaka, like Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki, there are musicals and traditional shows as well.
