Tokyo International Exhibition (Tokyo Big Sight)

It is said to be the biggest exhibition center in Japan, covering an area of 230 thousand square meters. There are ten exhibition halls inside which can be randomly combined and an international conference hall which can contain 1000 people. The huge space is accurately named “Big Sight”. All kinds of activity exhibitions from business to entertainment can be held here. There are about 12 million visitors here every year; therefore there are numerous shopping centers and dining halls. Also, the nine art works randomly decorated in the exhibition center are something unique and spectacular.

Haneda Airport

Haneda Airport

Tokyo International Airport, usually called Haneda Airport, is the airport with the largest number of domestic passengers since it began operating on August 25th, 1931. As the pivot airport of Japanese Aviation, Japanese Air Express and Skymark, there are about 285 thousand flights taking off and landing and 66.67 million passengers every year. During rush time, one take-off and landing will happen every two minutes, and the channels are seriously mixed and crowded; therefore it is now under re-expansion. There are many shops and restaurants inside the airport, if you arrive ahead of time, you can have fun shopping there as well.

・ If you take the express train at Aomonoyokocho Station on the Keikyu line, it will take you about 20 minutes to get to Haneda Airport. No need to transfer.


It is located in the business street along the Kyu-tōkaidō. Many vegetable shops opens here because in Edo Period vegetable market were prosperous, there comes the name of “Aomonoyokochō”. There are old famous shops here, large supermarkets and historical remains and temples of Edo Period, which makes it perfect for you to roam here and have a thorough enjoyment of history. The most recommendable scenic spot is the Honsenji temple opened by Master Kuukai. The three meter’ high underground Jizō Bosatsu, the 300 year’ old ginkgo tree and the fire alarm bell of Tokugawa Tsunayoshi are all worth traveling.

Tennoz Airu

Tennoz Airu

It is located in the coastal area in Higashishinagawa of Shinagaw-ku in Tokyo. It used to be garage street and has been re-developed later into a business street with a workforce of 30 thousand, there thanks to its convenient transportation. It is directly connected to Tennoz airu sta. and the Coastal Line of the Tokyo Seaside Rinkai-line. Taking the Saikyo-line, you can get to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ikebukuro without a transfer. As it was built after an economic bubble, hotels, clothes shops and restaurants all gathered here later. It is now used as a screening place for TV series and CM. Besides, in recent years, high-floor apartments are increasing, and so is the population. There is one stop from the Shinagawa Seaside Station.
