It is located in Kouraku in Tokyo. It is the first domed baseball field established in Japan in 1988 with a nickname of BIG EGG (in the shape of a big egg), and it cost 35 billion yen. It is the home field of the Yomiuri Giants baseball team. It is also the prospective home field for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters in the Pacific League. Besides baseball match, comprehensive martial arts, professional wrestling, concert, goods exhibition are also held here. It is a multi-functional dome venue. Saitama Super Arena

Saitama Super Arena

It is located in the center of the new downtown area of Saitama. Built in 2000, the multi-functional venue can be used to hold sports events, concerts, TV program recordings, lectures, sample exhibitions and so on. The auditorium is built of removable blocks, so are the floor and the ceiling. The maximum 37 thousand seats can be modified into a minimum of 5000. The ceremony held on Adult Day here has been reported by Saitama TV Station every year. In the fourth and fifth floors, there is the John Lennon Museum, where his remnants are in exhibition. It is about a 20-minutes' ride away from Akabane Station.

This is the Ichibangai Street built after the war. The shops standing on both sides of the bustling street still maintain the flavor of the Showa Era. It has gradually spread from the roundabout of Akabane Station to six commercial streets of Akabane-higashiguchi-keihin Street, Akabane-higashiguchiekimae, Akabanehigashiguchi-ekimae Street, Akabane Central Street and Akabane Yuri Street. The biggest event ---- “AkabaneBaka Matsuri” will be held during the last-ten days of April every year. During the mikoshi parade, anyone and everyone wear colorful costumes, rock-shaking dance and other various programs will be performed.
